With 16 years of homeschooling three children, 17 years of ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ, and a sense of God's calling on her life, Linda brings enthusiasm, experience, inspiration, and some fun to the pages of history. She feels the Lord gave her first the title of the book, The Mystery of History, and then the drive and passion to write it. The title reveals her heart, which is that the "mystery" of the Gospel of Jesus Christ would be made known, better understood, and more deeply appreciated through the knowledge of God's hand in world history. A native-born Texan, Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University and lives with her family in Memphis, Tennessee. Whenever she can escape from the computer, Linda enjoys people of all ages, great music, healthy cooking, and getting outdoors for hiking, biking, and kayaking. Linda's husband Ron is on staff with The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) where he utilizes the sport of baseball to teach character and pour Biblical principles into the lives of young men. Together, by the grace of God, Ron and Linda work hard, play hard, and make a pretty good team. Their hope as a family is to positively influence others for the Kingdom. |
